We primarily offer cookies but are open to creating custom cupcakes upon request. Additionally, we feature seasonal specials and holiday-themed items throughout the year. Yes, we use a standard set of high-quality ingredients for most of our recipes, including all-purpose flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, unsalted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, salt and baking soda. If you’d like more details about specific ingredients or have dietary concerns, feel free to contact us, and we’ll be happy to provide more information!

We have a set menu that you can find in the Set Order section of our website. However, if you have a unique flavour request, please don't hesitate to reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request and bring your flavour ideas to life!

Yes, we take custom orders! You can find our custom order menu in the Custom Order section of the website. We’re also open to creating custom cupcakes, which are not part of our standard menu but can be made upon request. If you are interested in personalizing your order, please contact us at thecreationsbycandice@gmail.com to discuss and bring your vision to life!

We currently do not offer gluten-free or dairy-free options, and while none of our recipes contain nuts, please be aware that our kitchen is not a certified allergen-free facility. As such, there is a potential risk of cross-contamination. If you have specific dietary requirements, please mention them in the order form, and we’ll do our best to work with you to find a suitable solution.

Set Orders will arrive 1 WEEK from the day your order is placed at the earliest and Custom Orders will arrive in 2 WEEKS from the day your order is placed at the earliest.

Yes, you can! However, set order and custom order must be placed separately. 

We currently accept e-transfers. Payment details will be provided once your order is confirmed. 

Yes, we offer delivery!

We currently offer free delivery within Richmond Hill and select areas of Markham (see the map below to check if your location applies). For locations outside Richmond Hill and selected areas of Markham, delivery is available for an additional cost based on your location. Feel free to email thecreationsbycandice@gmail.com for a delivery quote!  

You can specify the delivery date in your order. However, please note that set orders will arrive 1 week after your order is placed, while custom orders will take 2 weeks. We recommend planning ahead to ensure your order arrives on your desired date. During the order process, you can select a preferred delivery time, whether it be in the morning, afternoon, or late afternoon. 

It is strongly recommended for someone to be present to receive the delivery. However, if needed, we can leave the order at your doorstep or with your apartment reception. Please note that once the delivery is made, we are not liable for any issues or outcomes related to the baked goods.
